Unite our hearts and efforts to create a better future | Tianruide Company's two-day team building activity in Xunliao Bay and Shuangyue Bay in 2026

From August 22nd to 23rd, colleagues from Tianruide's Shenzhen headquarters and heads of various branches temporarily left their busy work schedules to head to Xunliao Bay and Shuangyue Bay in Huizhou for the 2026 annual two-day and one-night team-building activity themed "Unite Our Hearts and Strengths, Create a Shared Future".

Amidst the vast blue sea and clear blue sky, everyone released their stress, enhanced their tacit understanding, and forged consensus amidst laughter and joy, injecting vigorous momentum into the goals for the second half of the year.

Ice-breaking and team-building activities, forging a low-carbon team

At 8:20 in the morning on August 22nd, all personnel gathered at the company gate on time, wearing company T-shirts with the words "Unite for New Energy, March towards the Light" printed on them. They boarded the bus in high spirits and set off towards their destination.

Upon arriving at the Xunliao Bay expansion site, an unparalleled team bonding experience commenced. From the ice-breaking games that helped break down barriers, to the delightful "Fruit Battle", and then to the thrilling "Live CS Battle", colleagues profoundly realized the power of communication and trust through repeated collaborations and confrontations.

The afternoon's "Giant Fun Monopoly" themed team building activity cleverly integrated business scenarios into the game segments. Through rolling the dice and advancing through levels, everyone deepened their understanding of "Forging a Team, Embarking on a New Low-Carbon Journey Together". The cheers and laughter were heard one after another.

Coastal revelry, building warm friendships together

In the evening, the team moved to Shuangyue Bay and checked into the Howard Johnson Hotel. As night fell, the smoke from the beach barbecue intertwined with the warm glow of the bonfire. Everyone sat around, chatting and toasting, and in the relaxed atmosphere, the distance between hearts was shortened.

During the subsequent free time, colleagues gathered in groups, either toasting and singing, or stopping to capture the stunning night view of Shuangyue Bay. With the sea breeze brushing against their faces, they enjoyed themselves immensely.

Sailing out to sea, we forge ahead towards the light, embarking on a new journey

On the morning of August 23rd, as the first rays of sunshine hit the seaside, everyone enjoyed a sumptuous buffet breakfast at the hotel before gearing up and heading to the Eastern Bay Yacht Town. At 10:30, catamarans and large yachts set sail with a whistle, and everyone braved the wind and waves, speeding across the blue waters. The sea breeze rustled, and white sails dotted the horizon. Not only did everyone enjoy the breathtaking sea view, but they also felt the high-spirited attitude of Tianrui's people, who "strive towards the light," as they set sail.

At noon, a delicious authentic Dongbu Bay-style communal meal brought the team-building activity to a satisfying conclusion. At 13:30 in the afternoon, all participants returned to the company by bus, bringing back a wealth of knowledge and energy.

This team building activity was not only a relaxation for both body and mind, but also a gathering of team energy. Everyone expressed that they would take this activity as an opportunity to transform the team building spirit of "uniting and concentrating efforts" into the working motivation of "creating a better future together", and work hand in hand on the new journey of low-carbon development, contributing more to the high-quality development of the company!
