On the afternoon of July 1st, Yu Qingjiao, Secretary-General of the Zhongguancun New Battery Technology Innovation Alliance and Chairman of the Battery Hundred-Person Association, led a delegation to visit Guangdong Tianruide New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. Facing industry pain points such as the large consumption of N-methylpyrrolidone (NMP) solvent in lithium battery manufacturing, high recycling costs, and environmental risks associated with external disposal, Tianruide pioneered the "NMP in-plant closed-loop utilization system". This system enables efficient purification and regeneration of NMP waste liquid directly on-site at lithium battery manufacturing enterprises, while simultaneously completing the in-situ preparation of various key materials such as carbon nanotube (CNT) slurry and functional dispersants. This revolutionary model has completely changed the traditional lengthy chain of "collection-transportation-centralized regeneration-return transportation", helping cooperative customers achieve significant cost reduction and efficiency improvement, as well as substantially reducing carbon emissions and compliance risks.
